Frequently asked questions

Helpful answers.

Does the QR code expire?

No. The QR code contains the information you entered directly and does not depend on our redirect service. If the destination link changes or stops working, you will need to create a new QR code.

Do you store Wi‑Fi passwords or contact details?

No. The information is used only by code running in your browser to create the QR code.

Which format is best for printing?

SVG stays sharp at any size and is usually the best choice for professional printing. PNG is a good fit for screens and everyday print jobs.

Why might the readability check fail?

Low colour contrast, a large logo or very dense content are the most common causes. Try a dark QR code on a light background and use a larger size.
